Ideas for the next essay

 Shello turtles!

I'm currently having writers block on what question I should write my essay about...

I do know I want to write about something that hits close to home so I can enjoy writing this essay, but I don't know what interests me. Coming up with an idea for writing is like finding your way through a big corn maze of choices. The empty page stares at me, asking for a cool and interesting idea to come to life. It's not just about making a good story or argument; there's also this feeling like you have to discover something interesting and special. Your mind is a busy place, filled with thoughts that are only halfway there, all wanting your attention. As a writer, you deal with not being sure, worrying about using overused ideas, and always searching for that special idea that makes your writing exciting. It's like a careful dance between wanting to be creative and knowing that a lot of ideas have been used before. The many choices can feel like a big challenge, making it hard to get started. But in this tough process comes the heart of creating, where the challenge of getting an idea adds to how good and special the final piece will be.

Maybe I'll just write about overthinking. I always do that whenever I'm having one of those days. Sometimes, before I fall asleep, my mind starts to wonder. And then I end up not sleeping because I start to overthink everything. Why do our minds do that? Why do we interrupt our peace of mind before sleeping. Maybe that's something I should write about. Why do we overthink at night? That can't be healthy...right? What are the side effects?

Have great weekend turtles!
